is a Japanese-Danish office based in Amsterdam. Through research and unconventional thinking we develop new ideas in the form of buildings, urban plans, interiors, and spatial concepts.

YUKIKO NEZU (1971, Tokyo)
Received MA from Tokoy City University (Musashi Institute of Technology) in Tokyo 1996. Received Dutch national scholarship and studied at Berlage Institute, the Netherlands. In 2001 established own architecture design office URBANBERRY DESIGN in Amsterdam, working with different disciplines such as dance, art, and fashion. Nominated for the Dutch Design Prize 2003, won IF-design Gold Prize 2005 and several competition prizes. Freelance work mainly at SeARCH. In 2009 co-founded NEZU AYMO Architects in Amsterdam.

SKAFTE AYMO-BOOT (1970, Lausanne)
Graduated from the school of architecture at The Royal Academy of Art in Copenhagen in 1997. 1999-2009 worked at VMX Architects in Amsterdam, from 2006 as an associate. He was responsible for a wide variety of realized projects including the Willem Arntsz Huis psychiatric hospital in Utrecht, the residence of the Irish ambassador in Wassenaar and the SODAE-House in Amstelveen. In 2009 co-founded NEZU AYMO Architects in Amsterdam.
